The Slippery Slope® Map is designed to give you a clear, structured view of how issues emerge and are handled in your firm — from day-to-day culture through to more complex situations.
The questions reflect Arrisan’s experience of how issues arise and play out in law firms — and draw on established organisational psychology research into performance, behaviour and effective organisations.
You’ll be asked a series of short questions across key areas, including:

There are no right or wrong answers. For the most useful result, answer based on how things typically work in practice — not how they are intended to work.
It takes around five minutes to complete. Your results are immediate.
Your responses are completely private. This tool does not collect, record or store any of your responses, scores or results. Everything you enter exists only in your current browser session — it is not visible to Arrisan or anyone else. When you close the browser, it is gone. The contact form you completed to access this tool is entirely separate — your identity is never linked to your answers or your results.
